Dara Mody, whose 13-year-old son Azhar went missing while trying to escape the rioters with his mother and sister during the Gulbarg Society massacre, visits their home on the 21st anniversary of the tragedy on Tuesday. A film was made on Azhar’s disappearance and the quest of his parents, Dara and Rupa, to find him. Rahul Dholakia’s Parzania, which featured Naseeruddin Shah and Sarika as the Parsi couple looking for their son, was not screened  in Gujarat when it was released in 2007.
