Members of The Saturday Club enjoyed an invigorating session of yoga under the able guidance of Rashi Nahata of Breath Yoga Studio. With expertise in different forms of yoga, Nahata made over 100 members of the club connect with their body through different asanas underscoring the importance of yoga in life. Her encouraging voice, soothing music along with the nip in the air and freshness added to the session that saw members practice the art of healthy living with utmost discipline. The session that started with a warm-up session proceeded to surya namaskar and then ended with an intense meditation segment, refreshing the body and mind. Post the session the practitioners indulged in a satvik breakfast curated to match the mood of the occasion. The event was organised by the club’s health club team comprising of captains Varun Mehta and Shaila Jassal.
