WFH has changed our world and made some of us put on several undesired calories. Here’s a 2-minute strategy that will make you drop the extra flesh, lethargy and monotony, kickstart your stagnant circulation and make you feel good!
Get up every half-an-hour or 45 minutes and do something. Take a little walk around the room if required, stretch, bend, twist. Even sitting in your chair stretch your hands over your head, join them, inhale, exhale, and express gratitude for the simple fact that you are able to breathe, now. Or just go out for a little spin outside, if work permits.
