Actress Alexandra Daddario on Thursday announced her pregnancy with husband Andrew Form on her official Instagram handle, sharing a photo from a recent photoshoot that shows her baby bump.
“Excited for my child to go to pre-school with Margot Robbie and Hailey Bieber’s kids,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a picture featuring herself in a loose-fitting white shirt and red woollen socks.
"Now that I'm pregnant and everything is going well and healthy, I feel like I shouldn't complain," Daddario told Vogue magazine, revealing that she had been keeping her pregnancy a secret for nearly six months.
The actress also revealed that she realised that she could no longer conceal her pregnancy when she was shooting for the second season of Netflix series Mayfair Witches. "I was on set, dealing with nausea and shooting intimate scenes with my co-stars immediately after. By the fifth week, I realized there was no way I could conceal this,” she said, adding, “I decided that if I told my job about my pregnancy, I could take enough time off to handle my morning sickness in peace.”
Daddario gained fame for her roles in the Percy Jackson film series, Hall Pass, Texas Chainsaw 3D, San Andreas, Baywatch, and We Summon the Darkness. She also starred in the Netflix series Mayfair Witches and The White Lotus, earning an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Movie.
The actress last appeared as the voice actor in the DC animation film Justice League Crisis on Infinite Earth: Part One (2024) alongside Darren Criss, Stana Katic, Jensen Ackles and Matt Bomer. She is currently gearing up to reprise her role as Dr Rowan Fielding for the upcoming season of Mayfair Witches.
