Warner Bros. on Tuesday unveiled a fresh poster of Joker: Folie à Deux, revealing that the trailer for Todd Phillips-helmed sequel to 2019’s Joker will drop on April 9.

The poster features Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker and Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn in a ballroom pose. While Joker is in a sleek black tuxedo, Harley Quinn wears an elegant white dress. The characters maintain their iconic clown makeup.

“The world is a stage. Trailer April 9. #JokerMovie,” Warner Bros. wrote on X alongside the poster.

Renowned for his diverse filmography including the Hangover series, Due Date and War Dogs, Phillips breathed new life into the iconic DC Comics character with his 2019 film that captivated audiences and became a blockbuster success. Joker traced the transformation of Arthur Fleck, a failed clown as he embraces his darker impulses and evolves into a notorious criminal.

Phoenix won an Oscar for best actor in 2020 for his performance in the movie.
