Actor-comedian Vir Das has been forced to reschedule his performance in Dublin as part of Mindfool World Tour due to visa issues.
In a post on Instagram, Das said the show in Dublin, which was scheduled for October 7, will now be held in December.
"Alright Dublin. Bad news. I'm on my Europe tour and the Swedish embassy in their infinite wisdom gave me a single entry visa even though we sent them the whole tour sched," Das wrote.
"We tried to sort it, but I'm already on the move and can't. So I can't leave Schengen for Dublin and make it back in. So we're pushing Dublin to Dec 4. Sorry. Hope to see you on Dec 4 and if you can't make it you'll get a refund," he added.
The Mindfool World Tour, which the actor-comedian had announced last year, will see him perform across 33 countries.
His upcoming performances will be in cities like Copenhagen, Denmark; Paris, France; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Berlin, Germany; Oslo, Norway; and Singapore.
Besides the tour, Das will be hosting the International Emmy Awards ceremony in New York in November.
