Actor Vijay Deverakonda teased two upcoming movies on social media on the occasion of his birthday on May 9.
The actor dropped a poster of his second collaboration with producer Dil Raju following their recent work together in Parasuram-helmed Family Star. The poster displays a hand grasping a shattered sword against a bloodied backdrop.
“The blood on my hands is not of their death.. but of my own rebirth..” Ravi Kiran Kola X Vijay Deverakonda @SVC_official,” he wrote alongside the poster on the microblogging site.
However, the title of the upcoming film helmed by Ravi Kiran Kola has not yet been disclosed.
In addition to this upcoming project, Vijay announced yet another film on his birthday. Teaming up with director Rahul Sankrityan for the second time since Taxiwaala (2018), the new venture promises to be a period action drama set against the rich cultural backdrop of Andhra Pradesh’s Rayalaseema region. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, this marks the Kushi actor’s 14th film.
Meanwhile, the makers of Vijay’s 12th film, tentatively titled VD 12, also had an update for his fans. Director Gowtam Tinnanuri wished the actor on his birthday, sharing a note that says that the film is currently being shot around Visakhapatnam.
Sharing Tinnauri’s tweet, Deverakonda wrote, “That’s it ❤️ Gowtam Tinnanuri X Vijay Deverakonda.”
