From Tiger Shroff’s daily gym videos to Sara Ali Khan’s fun gym reels, Bollywood celebrities love to share their workout routines. The one that stands out among them is Vidyut Jammwal. The Commando actor’s workout routine is quite different from the rest. Vidyut is a regular practitioner of Kalaripayattu, a martial art form, and there’s a lot to learn from his Instagram posts.

One of the main components of Kalaripayattu is balance, as Vidyut puts it – ‘Balance everything and on everything’. The actor easily picks up a unicycle and balances it with his finger. See for yourself.

Roller-blading on a wavy roller rink is cakewalk for the Khuda Haafiz actor. Vidyut seamlessly cuts through the rink and only falls down when a kid crosses his path.

When at India House, a multi-arts complex and museum in Bhopal, practicing Kalaripayattu seems to be the ultimate motive of Vidyut. The actor showed off his martial arts moves in front of the building.

A photo that practically broke the internet saw Vidyut chilling in the snow as part of his training. Don’t go by his calm face, as it’s easier said than done.

Vidyut’s ultimate Kalaripayattu video shows the actor practicing with two sticks in his hands, and rotating them at high speed. The caption saying, “I will Forever remain humble because I KNOW I could have less… I will always be GRATEFUL because I know I have had less” makes it even better.
