Actress Vidya Balan gracefully recovered from a fall on stage while dancing to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 song Ami Je Tomar 3.0 with co-star Madhuri Dixit at the song’s launch event on Friday at Mumbai’s Royal Opera House.

A video of their performance has since gone viral on social media.

The video captures a dance face-off between the two actresses. However, Vidya accidentally loses her balance. Nevertheless, she handles the situation with tact and resilience, immediately regaining her footing and continuing with the performance.

Several netizens have reacted to the video, praising Vidya’s graceful handling of the situation. “More power to those who fall and rise,” wrote one, while another commented, “That’s how you make the stumble into a power move.” Social media users also applauded Madhuri for her performance and her support for her co-star. “Madhuri ma’am hats off to you how you support Vidya ma’am,” reads one comment on the paparazzo’s post.

Sung by Shreya Ghoshal, Ami Je Tomar 3.0 offers a glimpse of Vidya and Madhuri’s electrifying dance battle in the upcoming horror comedy.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will see Kartik Aaryan return as Rooh Baba, while Vidya Balan will reprise her role as Manjulika. A teaser dropped by the makers last month promised a face-off between the two.

Also starring Triptii Dimri as Kartik’s romantic interest, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is slated to hit screens on November 1 on the occasion of Diwali, thereby clashing at the box office with Ajay Devgn's Singham Again, the fifth film in Rohit Shetty’s cinematic cop universe.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 1, released in 2007, focused on Avni Chaturvedi (Vidya), a woman grappling with dissociative identity disorder. The movie also starred Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja, Ameesha Patel and Paresh Rawal in key roles. The next Bhool Bhulaiya movie, which featured Kiara Advani and Tabu alongside Kartik, revolved around an entrapped spirit seeking revenge. The film emerged as one of the highest-grossing hits of 2022 with a collection of Rs 266.88 crore.
