Actors Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna turned heads while they walked the ramp as showstoppers for Falguni and Shane Peacock at the closing show of India Couture Week 2024 in New Delhi on July 31. The video of their walk has since gone viral on social media.
The video captures Vicky and Rashmika walking hand-in-hand down the runway, showcasing stunning ensembles from Falguni Shane Peacock’s Rang Mahal collection. Inspired by elements of India’s royal heritage, the collection features luxurious silks, rich velvet, and intricate embroideries. It celebrates India’s cultural diversity through symbols such as parrots, peacocks and palaces.
Rashmika looked gorgeous in an ivory lehenga encrusted with crystals. A stone-studded maang tikka, kohl-rimmed eyes, tinted cheeks, nude lips and a bindi perfectly complemented her regal look.
The 28-year-old actress has Sukumar’s Pushpa 2, Sekhar Kammula’s Kubera and A.R. Murugadoss’ Sikandar in the pipeline.
Vicky, who is set to headline Laxman Utekar’s upcoming historical biopic Chhaava, looked dapper in a custom beige sherwani set. The Bad Newz actor paired his outfit with off-white loafers.
India Couture Week 2024, held from July 24 to July 31 in New Delhi, featured numerous Bollywood stars including Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari and Sobhita Dhulipala. Rumored couple Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina also made their runway debut as showstoppers for designer Gaurav Gupta’s Arunodaya collection at the event.
