Actor Varun Dhawan has offered a peek into the sets of his latest spy thriller Citadel: Honey Bunny, dropping behind-the-scenes photos that also feature his co-stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Kay Kay Menon in action.

The photos comprise a mix of intense action scenes, on-set banters and serious conversations among the cast and crew. He also thanked the show's directors, Raj and DK, for their guidance and support throughout the shoot and celebrated the show's success. Citadel: Honey Bunny is currently trending at No.1 on Prime Video worldwide.

Citadel: Honey Bunny follows estranged spies, portrayed by Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who reunite after years to protect their daughter, Nadia. Nadia is destined to grow into the formidable spy, originally played by Priyanka Chopra in the Citadel series, creating an intriguing link between the two shows.

The series is produced by D2R Films, Amazon MGM Studios, and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO.

The series also stars Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, and Kashvi Majmundar in pivotal roles. The series was released on Prime Video on November 7.
