In the latest episode of the television program The Daily Show, comedian Trevor Noah hilariously called out people for their racist comments against Rishi Sunak, an Indian origin person for being appoined as United Kingdom's new prime minister, according to media reports.
In his Twitter handle, Noah posted a clip from the show where he said, "of course…not everyone is happy with Sunak taking the top post…but it’s not because they don’t like his policies," according to media reports.
"Let's not forget another important first. he is also the first prime minister who is an absolute snack," he added.
In the show, the comedian played a clip of British radio show in which a caller explained the cons of a non-white person becoming the Prime Minister of United Kingdom and why that shouldn't be the case, according to a report by NDTV.
To this Noah sarcastically replied, "This is a good point. Can you imagine white English people trying to rule countries where no one looks like them!"
"This could be a good thing for you people. After 400 years, you finally get to legitimately blame a brown person for your country's problems. You're living the dream!," Noah added, according to NDTV.
Sunak is the first person of color to become the prime minister of United Kingdom.
