Shazam! Fury of the Gods, the second installment in the Shazam franchise, stars Zachary Levi in the lead role. The film revolves around Billy Batson (played by Levi and Asher Angel) and his foster siblings who are grappling with the superpowers bestowed on them.

Ashima Chhiber’s emotional drama, Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, is based on a real-life incident involving an Indian immigrant mother in Norway who fights a grueling legal battle against the entire nation to win back the custody of her children. The film also marks Bengali actor Anirban Bhattacharya’s Hindi feature debut.

Meanwhile, comedian Kapil Sharma’s latest feature film Zwigato, directed by Nandita Das, failed to make a mark at the box office on its opening day. The film, which also stars Shahana Goswami, raked in a meagre Rs 0.40 crore nett on its first day in theatres.
