Gender neutral fashion is fast making its way into the personal wardrobe of Hollywood men. While in Bollywood Ranveer Singh showed how to do it several years ago, by wearing flowy skirts with shirts, more and more male stars in Hollywood are stepping out in a blend of feminine and masculine clothing.

Timothee Chalamet

The Call Me By Your Name actor is creating ripples with his eclectic film choices — after Dune, we’re looking forward to Bones and All — as well as his pick of outfits. At the recent premiere of Bones and All in the 79th Venice Film festival, Chalamet turned up in a red backless halter-neck custom jumpsuit by Haider Ackermann. While Chalamet grabs attention for his outfits, this one has to be his edgiest till now.

Brad Pitt

At the recent Berlin premiere of his film, Bullet Train, Brad Pitt pleasantly surprised everyone by opting for a gender fluid outfit. The 58-year-old star, who has mostly been seen in tuxedos at film events, wore a chocolate brown linen skirt with a matching cocoa brown jacket and a button-down shirt. And we loved how comfortable he looked in it.

Chris Pine

Chris Pine is neither insecure about being in a relationship with a woman with greater power than him (who doesn’t want a boyfriend like Wonder Woman’s Steve Trevor!), nor is he afraid of embracing his feminine side. Of late, Pine’s fashion choices have been bold and blurring gender boxes, and our favorite is the red silk pussy-bow blouse that he paired with a Gucci velvet jacket and a perfect salt-and-pepper at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

At the premiere of the Olivia Wilde-directed Don’t Worry Darling at Venice Film Festival on Monday, Pine pulled off yet another gender fluid look by opting for cigarette pants minus socks and keeping the rest of his outfit formal with a bowtie.

Harry Styles

The former One Direction band member is also a strong presence in gender neutral fashion. The singer, who turned actor with Christopher Nolan’s war film Dunkirk, donned a full ballerina tutu for the 2019 shoot of Saturday Night Live. His tattoos peeking through the outfit added extra charm to his personality.

Jared Leto

Morbius actor Jared Leto has always pushed the envelope with his gender neutral fashion and even tweeted ‘Real Men Wear Skirts’. His Met Gala 2019 outfit ‘turned heads’, literally. Leto wore a high-neck red silk Gucci gown with an embellished body chain and a model of his own head to go with it. The replica head accessory was a homage to one of Gucci’s most iconic runway looks from 2018, when model Unia Pakhomova opened the show carrying an exact replica of her own cranium.
