Actor Tiger Shroff recreated the late singer-dancer Michael Jackson’s iconic steps including the moonwalk to mark Guru Purnima on Sunday, calling the latter his ‘guiding light’.

"Thank you for being my guiding light," wrote Tiger alongside the split-screen video on Instagram.

The side-by-side clips show Tiger grooving to Jackson’s songs, performing the same steps as him. Even the actor’s outfit seems to be inspired by Jackson.

Singer Shaan Mukherji reacted to Tiger’s video. "Tiger, you are simply an exemplary beast of superlative talent. It’s almost annoying. How is this possible? How can one human being be so perfect in so many skills?" read his comment on the post.

Tiger’s penchant for dancing is quite evident. The 34-year-old actor often shares videos of himself taking up different dance challenges. Recently, Tiger shared a video that captures him performing break dance and hip hop to the beats of the 1994 track Premika Ne Pyar Se.

On the work front, the actor last appeared in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alongside Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar and Alaya F.

Tiger will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming cop drama Singham Again. The film also features Arjun Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, Jackie Shroff and Shweta Tiwari. Produced under the banners of Rohit Shetty Picturez, Reliance Entertainment, Jio Studios and Ajay Devgn FFilms, Singham Again is slated to hit theatres on Independence Day this year.
