A bearded Emraan Hashmi holds Salman Khan’s special agent Avinash Singh Rathore a.k.a Tiger captive and threatens to erase India from the map of the world in a new action-packed promo video of Maneesh Sharma’s upcoming spy-action thriller Tiger 3.
Dropped by YRF on Friday, the 50-second-long clip begins with Emraan’s character, clad in an all-black outfit, telling Tiger how it is his turn now to show his power. The scene is followed by a series of high-octane action scenes in which Tiger fights a group of armed men.
Following the events of Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019) and Pathaan (2023), the clip also shows a glimpse of Katrina Kaif, who will reprise her role as Tiger’s wife and Pakistani spy Zoya. The actress is seen in some intense action sequences in the clip, including a scene from the trailer where she fights in a towel.
Thrilling scenes — including Salman jumping off an exploding bridge, performing stunts on a bike and shooting with rifles — promise an action-packed ride. The video ends with Tiger saying, “Till the day Tiger breathes, never will Tiger accept defeat,” reminding fans of his bold and determined character from the film franchise.
Tiger’s franchise began with Kabir Khan’s 2012 film Ek Tha Tiger followed by Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tiger Zinda Hai in 2017. Created by Aditya Chopra, the YRF spy universe series includes Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan’s War.
Helmed by Maneesh Sharma, Tiger 3 is likely to feature Shah Rukh in a cameo as secret agent Pathaan. The film is slated to hit theatres on November 12 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
