The new Star Jalsha show Tunte follows the extraordinary story of Tunte, a skilled artisan and weaver, who embarks on a quest to fulfil her dreams of becoming a fashion designer.

Raised in a village, Tunte dreams of making her mark in the fashion world in a bustling city. However, destiny takes an unexpected turn when she finds herself working as a house help in the influential business family of Lahiri’s, renowned for their chain of retail stores. Tunte’s dreams of becoming a fashion designer appear to shatter, but her indomitable spirit refuses to be crushed.

Through a gripping narrative, the show unravels the challenges Tunte encounters on her path to becoming a fashion designer.
