Naga Chaitanya, Dulquer Salmaan, Nani, SS Rajamouli and Sreeleela indulge in banter with host Rana Daggubati in the trailer of The Rana Daggubati Show, an unscripted Telugu original series, slated to hit Prime Video on November 23.

Dropped by the streaming platform on Friday, the one-minute-54-second-long trailer also features Rana’s wife, Miheeka Bajaj, who says that the actor has become better after marrying her.

The trailer begins with Rana building anticipation about the genre of the show, “Yes, it is a show. But, if you’re wondering what it’s about, I have no idea…yet.”

The video hints that it might be a talk show, a game show or even a talent show.

The trailer then offers a glimpse of the various stars who are set to make an appearance on the show. Rana, Nani and Teja Sajja open up about the social media war between their fans, while Naga Chaitanya shares his family plans with Rana. “I want to be happily married and have a couple of kids,” he says. “Couple of kids, as in, four like Venky mama (Daggubati Venkatesh) or two?” retorts Rana. “Not like Venky mama,” replies Naga, leaving Rana in stitches. Interestingly, both Naga and Rana are nephews of the Telugu actor.

Rana later shows Ram Gopal Varma his t-shirt that reads “God does not censor” — a tagline the Vyooham director agrees with.

Rajamouli tells Rana that while making Baahubali he did not have enough funds to buy a calm office like the one they are sitting in now. Dulquer talks about working with Rana in Kaantha, while Siddhu Jonnalagadda reveals that his PR team asks him to put on an expression suitable for memes.

Kantara star Rishab Shetty shares his childhood memories with Rana. He recollects beating up two kids at school. The trailer also shows the guests enjoying a sumptuous meal on the set of the show.

Rana is also the creator of the upcoming eight-episode show. Additionally, he serves as an executive producer on the show, backed by his home banner Spirit Media.
