The Lincoln Lawyer S2
Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) returns as the sought-after defence attorney in Los Angeles in the second season of The Lincoln Lawyer. This fast-paced legal drama, based on Michael Connelly's popular book series, follows Mickey, who runs his business from his car. He takes the concept of working with family to a whole new level by collaborating with his ex-wife, prosecutor Maggie (Neve Campbell) and his other ex-wife and assistant, Lorna (Becki Newton).

Owen Browning (Adam DeVine) is a young bank manager about to get married to his girlfriend Parker McDermott (Nina Dobrev). Unexpectedly, their lives take a drastic turn when a notorious gang of criminals called the Ghost Bandits holds up the employees and customers at the bank Owen works. Owen begins to suspect that the perpetrators might be none other than his future in-laws, Billy and Lily McDermott (played by Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin, respectively). When Parker is abducted by a member of the Ghost Bandits, Owen is compelled to collaborate with Billy and Lily as they plan to break into another bank.

Father Gabriele Amorth (Russell Crowe), the Pope's exorcist, is assigned to visit a possessed boy named Henry (Peter DeSouza-Feighoney) in Spain, who exhibits bizarre behaviour. Amorth seeks the help of the local priest Father Tomas Esquibel (Daniel Zovatto) to exorcise Henry even as the demon possesses Henry's sister Amy (Laurel Marsden) at times. Amorth discovers that the abbey where the boy’s family lived has a dark history. He also stumbled upon evidence proving the existence of a demon named Asmodeus and the Church's cover-up of a secret associated with the Spanish Inquisition during his mission.
