The Marvels teaser trailer: Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan join forces for a mission that ‘changes everything and everyone’

Captain Marvel, Ms Marvel and Monica Rambeau team up for a mission that will change “everything and everyone” in the latest teaser trailer of MCU’s upcoming film The Marvels, set to hit theatres on November 10.

Dropped by Marvel Entertainment on Tuesday, the one-minute-56-second-long clip takes us to a world where Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury has to bring together the three superheroes in order to fight an alien force that may wreak havoc on the world.

The teaser begins with Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) being thrown out into another dimension and Kamala Khan aka Ms Marvel (Iman Vellani) travelling through space to meet Nick Fury. We also see Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) fighting aliens and getting bemused by her cut-outs pasted all over Kamala’s bedroom walls.

The teaser also features South Korean actor Park Seo-joon in a Loki-like avatar.

Marvel Entertainment unveiled the clip on Tuesday evening on Twitter and captioned it, “Teaming up changes e̶v̶e̶r̶y̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ everyone. Marvel Studios' #TheMarvels, only in theaters November 10.”

The Marvels is the sequel to the 2019 film Captain Marvel, which starred Brie Larson as the titular superhero. In the sequel, Larson is joined by Iman Vellani, the breakout star of the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris, who made her Marvel debut with WandaVision.

The film is directed by Nia DaCosta from a screenplay she co-wrote with Megan McDonnell, Elissa Karasik, and Zeb Wells. Apart from the three leads, Jackson and Park Seo-joon, it also stars Zawe Ashton.
