The Blackening
Lionsgate Movies shared the official trailer of its upcoming American comedy horror film The Blackening on Wednesday late evening. Directed by Tim Story and co-written by Tracy Oliver and Dewayne Perkins, the movie stars Antoinette Robertson, Dewayne Perkins, Sinqua Walls, Grace Byers, X Mayo, Melvin Gregg, Jermaine Fowler, Yvonne Orji, Jay Pharoah and James Preston Rogers.
The two-minute-26-second-long trailer revolves around a group of Black friends who reunite for a Juneteenth (June 19) weekend getaway only to find themselves trapped in a remote cabin with a twisted killer.
The Blackening will release in theatres on June 16.
Pop Kaun
Disney+Hotstar on Thursday unveiled the teaser of its upcoming comedy series Pop Kaun. Helmed by Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan director Farhad Samji, it stars Saurabh Shukla and Johnny Lever in lead roles.
In the one-minute-15-second-long trailer, we see Saurabh Shukla and Johnny Lever mimicking the end-credit scene of Pathaan featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. They are seen talking to each other about their comedy careers.
Money Shot - The Pornhub Story
Netflix has dropped the official trailer of its upcoming documentary Money Shot: The Pornhub Story. It is the story of one of the world’s most-visited websites — Pornhub. It is directed by Suzanne Hillinger, who is also the producer of the film.
The one-minute-48-second-long trailer chronicles how Pornhub fundamentally changed adult entertainment, allowing erotic content to reach a massive audience and turning pornography into a multi-billion dollar industry.
Money Shot: The Pornhub Story will stream on Netflix from March 15.
Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty
The first poster of Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty’s upcoming film titled Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty was unveiled on Wednesday, giving a sneak peek into the contemporary love story.
The poster shows a collage of two individuals who seem to be in different stages of their lives. Anushka is shown living in London and has a book with ‘Happy Single’ written on it, whereas Naveen’s character looks like a jovial boy from Hyderabad. Naveen is seen wearing a sweatshirt with ‘Ready to Mingle’ written on it.
Thalaivar 170
Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Thalaivar 170 was announced by Lyca Productions on Thursday. The movie will be directed by Jai Bhim fame TG Gnanavel and has music by Anirudh.
