Thankam

The official trailer of Bhavana Studios’s Malayalam-language film Thankam has been released. Directed by Saheed Arafath and penned by celebrated writer Syam Pushkaran, the film stars Biju Menon, Vineeth Sreenivasan and Aparna Balamurali.

The two-minute-31-second-long trailer starts with Vineeth Srinivasan’s character requesting someone on the phone for ‘two’ of something. Both Vineeth and Biju Menon’s characters are part of something sinister. Thankam will arrive in cinemas on January 26.

Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal

The trailer of Netflix’s upcoming true-crime documentary series Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal is out.

The two-minute-23-second-long trailer shows us glimpses of the Murdaugh family — one of South Carolina’s most prominent families. It seems the show will focus on a drunken boating accident, which killed teenager Mallory Beach, and the following double homicide of Paul and Maggie Murdaugh.

Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal will be streaming on Netflix from February 22.

Amigos

Mythri Movie Makers unveiled the teaser Telugu-language film Amigos on Wednesday. Written and directed by Rajendra Reddy, the film stars Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, Ashika Ranganath, Brahmaji and Sapthagiri.

The one-minute-18-second-long action-packed teaser shows a tale of doppelganger terror. There are elements of romance and thriller in the teaser. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram plays three characters in this film.

Amigos is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on February 10.

The Locksmith

The official trailer of crime action film The Locksmith has come out. Helmed by Nicolas Harvard, the film stars Ryan Phillippe, Kaylee Bryant, Kate Bosworth, Ving Rhames, Charlie Weber and Noel Gugliemi.

In the one-minute-53-second-long trailer, we see a gifted locksmith-turned-thief trying to work his way back into the life of his daughter and ex-fiancée after coming out of prison. He is forced to use the skills he has and things take a tumultuous turn after an unexpected disappearance.

The Locksmith will arrive in theatres on February 3.
