The official teaser for the third season of Apple TV’s Emmy-winning sports comedy series Ted Lasso came out on February 14, revealing the new season’s premiere date next month and stressing the importance of believing in oneself.

Starting from March 15, the 12-episode season, which chronicles American football manager Tedd Lasso’s exploits in the English Premier League with a newly-promoted soccer team, will be aired weekly on Apple TV+ with the series finale arriving on May 31.

The one-minute-15-second-long teaser, backed by Frank Turner’s famous song I Still Believe, shows the AFC Richmond team crafting their very own “believe” signs on yellow chart papers in the locker room. At the end of the teaser, Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) and his trusted assistant coach Beard (Brendan Hunt) enter the room. “Well, if seeing is believing, I believe we’ve been seen,” the manager’s voice is heard.

According to the official synopsis for the third season of Ted Lasso, the newly-promoted AFC Richmond faces ridicule as media predictions widely peg them to finish last in the Premier League. One of the assistant coaches, Nate (Nick Mohammed), leaves the club to work at West Ham United. In the wake of Nate’s departure from Richmond, Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) steps up as assistant coach alongside Beard. Meanwhile, Ted deals with pressure on both home and work fronts. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to deliver it their best shot.

Developed by Jason Sudeikis, Bill Lawrence, Brendan Hunt and Joe Kelly, Ted Lasso also stars Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Jeremy Swift, Phil Dunster, Toheeb Jimoh, Cristo Fernandez, Kola Bokinni, Billy Harris and James Lance.
