American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift recently surprised her fans by belting out Crazier from the soundtrack of 2009’s Hannah Montana: The Movie during her Eras Tour concert in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Swift performed Crazier on the piano as a mash-up with All Of The Girls You Loved Before from her 2023 album The More Lover Chapter. She continued the mash-ups with a guitar, performing Getaway Car from 2017’s Reputation album and The Bolter from her 2024 album The Tortured Poets Department.

Crazier marks one of the few songs off a movie soundtrack Swift has performed during her tour. She kept fans guessing before playing the song, saying, “You get extra points if you know this next song at all because it is really, really old.” For this performance, the pop star appeared on stage in an orange flowy dress and silver-heeled shoes.

Swift had penned two songs — You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home and Crazier — for Hannah Montana: The Movie, a teen musical comedy drama based on the Disney Channel series of the same name. Singer-actress Miley Cyrus played the titular role in the film.

Featuring 152 shows across five continents, Swift’s Eras Tour began on March 17, 2023, in Arizona, the US, and is scheduled to conclude on December 8 this year in Vancouver, Canada. During the recent European leg of the tour, the singer has so far performed in France, Sweden, Portugal and Spain.

Swift’s last album The Tortured Poets Department, released on April 19, has surpassed one billion streams on Spotify. The album also became the most-streamed album on Amazon Music on the day of its release. It broke the record for the biggest pop album of all time in terms of first-day streams on Apple Music.
