Sweet Kaaram Coffee
Amazon Prime Video unveiled the official trailer of its upcoming Tamil original series Sweet Kaaram Coffee on Friday. The eight-episode series, created by Reshma Ghatala, is directed by Bejoy Nambiar, Krishna Marimuthu and Swathi Raghuraaman. It stars Lakshmi, Madhoo, Santhy, Vamsi Krishna and Kavin Jay Babu.
The almost three-minute trailer shows how three women from three generations of a family embark on a road trip. This trip rekindles their love for life as they discover self-reliance.
Sweet Kaaram Coffee will be streaming on Prime Video from July 16.
Abar Proloy
The teaser of the upcoming Bengali series Abar Proloy was released by Zee5 on Friday. Directed by Raj Chakraborty, it is a spin-off series of his 2013 film Proloy. The series stars Saswata Chatterjee as special crime branch officer Animesh Datta in the lead role. It also features an ensemble cast of Paran Bandopadhyay, Koushani Mukherjee, Ritwick Chakraborty, Gaurav Chakraborty, Sohini Sengupta and June Malia.
The two-minute-12-second-long teaser follows Animesh Datta who is sent to the Sunderbans to stop rampant human trafficking of young girls. We meet various characters, including a godman played by Ritwick Chakraborty, along the way.

Take Care of Maya
Netflix shared the trailer of its upcoming documentary Take Care of Maya on Friday. Directed by Henry Roosevelt, the documentary chronicles the journey of Jack and Beata Kowalski along with their 10-year-old daughter Maya, who suffered from unusual symptoms.
The two-minute-seven-second-long trailer shows Maya’s rare illness that requires ketamine as the only medicine. However, soon Maya is taken under state custody and their parents are put under medical child abuse charges. This documentary chronicles the systematic abuse of the state and hospitals of families who came to them to save the lives of their loved ones.
Take Care of Maya arrives on Netflix on July 1.
