After lockdown with movie buffs looking forward to some exciting times in the theatre, Chase promises to provide just that. The suspense thriller directed by Hari Anand Shetty aka Vilok Shetty, is now in post-production stage and will soon head to the censors. The high point of the film is that one of India’s first woman to work on Dolby Atmos, Geetha Gurappa, is working on the post-production of the film in Chennai. The DI colouring is being done by Liju Prabhakar, who is a recent Kerala State Award winner.

Meanwhile, Vilok shares, “Chase revolves around characters who are conflicted and troubled. And they are in search of ways to get over their personal and professional turmoil, at which point their lives intersect with each other. The incidents are such that it changes their life forever.” The film subtly touches upon many grave issues that every common man is facing at present and gives a strong message that no matter what happens, giving up and running away is not the answer, adds the director. Chase has been jointly produced by Manohar Suvarna, Prashant Shetty & Pradeep Shetty under the
banner Simplyfun Media Pvt Ltd and will release in early 2021.

Chase has an interesting cast like Radhia Narayan, Sheethal Shetty, Avinash, Sushant Pujari, Pramod Shetty, Aejun Yogi, Arvind Rau, Rajesh Natarang, Arvind Bolar and others, has Shiv Shetty as executive producer.
