Actress Rhea Chakraborty’s new podcast Chapter 2 will have Sushmita Sen as the first guest, she announced on Tuesday alongside a teaser of the first episode.

“I just turned 32 yesterday, and what a journey it’s been! These past 4 years have been all about change, growth, and becoming a version of myself that I’m finally feeling good about. To celebrate, we’re kicking off something special - inviting incredible individuals who’ve embraced their own #Chapter2 in life,” Rhea wrote on Instagram.

“And to start with, who better than the incredible @sushmitasen47 ! I’ve looked up to her ever since I was a kid, and I’m still in awe of how she keeps challenging life and winning at it,” she added.

The teaser begins with Rhea and Sushmita having a light-hearted banter. “There is a bigger gold digger than you in this room,” Rhea tells her guest, who gets stunned by her words and asks, “Really?”. Towards the end of the promo, Rhea says, “Hate is yelled, but love is felt.”

Rhea also lauded Sushmita for raising her daughters Alisah and Renee well. “You should make the curriculum for upbringing,” Rhea tells her. “I did an interview and brought up the word sex on purpose. There comes a time in your life when you are done being a tree in the background,” Sushmita mentions in the video.

“We had such a great chat about all things life, love and evolution,” Rhea concluded her note in the caption.

The release date of the podcast is yet to be announced.

Sushmita last appeared in the third season of the Disney+ Hotstar series Aarya. She also recently starred in Taali, a biopic of the transgender activist Gauri Sawant.
