Star kids Raha, Jeh and Taimur stole the spotlight at the Kapoor family's Ganesh Chaturthi celebration on September 7, which Alia Bhatt and Saif Ali Khan seem to have given a miss.
Pictures shared by Karisma Kapoor on Instagram on Sunday show little Raha looking adorable in a green dress while sitting on her father Ranbir Kapoor’s lap. Ranbir looked dashing in a mustard yellow kurta.
Jeh and Taimur twinned in blue kurtas, with Jeh pulling a funny pose in one picture as his mum Kareena Kapoor Khan held him.
Karisma also posed with her parents, Babita and Randhir Kapoor, for a family photo. She looked gorgeous in a black-and-white suit, while her younger sister Kareena dazzled in a yellow kurta.
Kunal Kapoor, Reema Jain, Armaan Jain and his wife Anissa Malhotra attended the event. Recently engaged Aadar Jain and his fiancee Alekha Advani attended the event together.
“Modaks and Memories,” wrote Karisma, sharing pictures from the gathering on social media.
However, the carousel does not feature Alia Bhatt and Saif Ali Khan.
Alia tied the knot with Ranbir after five years of dating on April 14, 2022, in a traditional Hindu ceremony in Mumbai. Later that year, on November 6, she gave birth to their daughter Raha.
Ranbir and Alia also co-starred in Ayan Mukerji's sci-fi adventure film Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva (2022). They will next appear together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which also stars Vicky Kaushal. The epic drama is slated to hit screens on March 20, 2026.
Kareena married Saif on October 16, 2012 in a private ceremony in Bandra, Mumbai. They welcomed their eldest son Taimur on December 20, 2016, and younger son Jeh on February 21, 2021.
Kareena and Saif have appeared in several films together like Omkara (2006), Tashan (2008) and Agent Vinod (2012).
While Kareena has been grabbing headlines for her portrayal of a cop in Hansal Mehta’s latest crime thriller The Buckingham Murders, Saif is currently awaiting the release of Telugu star Jr NTR’s Devara Part 1, where he plays the antagonist Bhaira. The film is set to arrive in cinemas on September 27.
