The music video of Sreeleela’s Pushpa 2: The Rule dance number Kissik will release on Sunday, actor Allu Arjun announced on Saturday, dropping a teaser for the song.
The video provides a preview of a lavish red-themed set, accompanied by the background score from the upcoming song.
“#KISSIK full song out tomorrow at 7:02PM,” the 44-year-old actor wrote on X.
Kissik was announced by the makers earlier this month. Sharing a poster of the song on X, they wrote, “Team #Pushpa2TheRule welcomes The Dancing Queen @sreeleela14 on board for the #Kissik Song of the Year. This song is going to be a dance feast and a musical delight. Grand release worldwide on 5th December, 2024.”
Written and directed by Sukumar, the film features an ensemble cast of Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Dhanunjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Ajay Ghosh.
The first-look teaser of the film, released on April 8, shows Allu’s sari-clad Pushpa Raj fighting off goons. The teaser highlights a Jaathara sequence, also known as the Sammakka Saralamma Jaathara, a festival celebrated in Telangana to honour tribal goddesses. This four-day festival draws millions of devotees each year.
Pushpa 2 is the sequel to Sukumar’s 2021 film Pushpa: The Rise, which became a massive box-office success across India.
The film’s music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, while Miroslaw Kuba Brozek has handled the cinematography, contributing to the movie's immersive visual and auditory experience.
Pushpa 2: The Rule is slated to hit theatres on December 5.
