Sonam Bajwa has joined the cast of Tiger Shroff and Sanjay Dutt’s action thriller Baaghi 4, the actress announced on Tuesday.
“As the shoot for my debut Hindi film Houseful 5 almost comes to an end, I am so honoured to announce that I will continue my journey forward with Sajid Sir & team as I start the shoot of my 2nd Hindi film Baaghi 4 with them,” the 35-year-old actress wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of a Baaghi 4 clapperboard.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the upcoming film is directed by A. Harsha, known for helming films like Vedha and Bhajarangi.
Previously, on Monday, the makers announced Sanjay Dutt’s entry into the Baaghi franchise with a new poster, which presents the actor in a grim and powerful avatar.
The announcements come after the release of the first-look poster of Tiger Shroff as Ronnie, the central character of the film franchise. The poster, unveiled last month, shows Shroff sitting inside a dilapidated, blood-covered washroom. He smokes a cigarette and holds a bottle of alcohol in his hand. The text on the poster mentions, “This time, he is not the same”.
Baaghi follows the story of Ronny, a rebellious martial artist, who is sent to a training academy where he falls in love with Sia (Shraddha Kapoor), a budding actress. When Sia is abducted by a ruthless gangster, Ronnie must harness his skills to rescue her.
The Baaghi franchise began in 2016, with Tiger and Shraddha in the lead roles. The sequel, which released in 2018, starred Disha Patani and Manoj Bajpayee alongside Tiger. It amassed Rs 259 crore at the box office. Baaghi 3, which hit screens in 2020, marked the return of Shraddha Kapoor in the role of Sia.
