Actress Sonakshi Sinha wished husband Zaheer Iqbal on his 36th birthday on Tuesday with a heartfelt message and never-before-seen pictures from their vacations.

“After your mom, I'm the happiest you were born! Even happier that i married you 😂😘 Happy Birthday best boy - I love you ❤️❤️❤️,” the 37-year-old actress wrote alongside the pictures on Instagram.

Sonakshi and Zaheer are all smiles in the first picture. While Zaheer sported a grey shirt, Sonakshi went for a white-and-blue printed outfit. The other pictures capture romantic moments shared by the couple on their vacations in foreign countries.

Soon after the post, Zaheer took to the comments section and wrote, “I love you more.”

Sonakshi and Zaheer, who first met on the sets of Notebook (2017), tied the knot on June 23 in Mumbai after dating for seven years. “On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each other's eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife. Here’s to love, hope and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever,” Sonakshi had written alongside their wedding pictures.

The couple didn’t confirm their relationship publicly until their engagement but were often spotted attending events, birthday parties and social gatherings together.

On the work front, Sonakshi was last seen in Aditya Sarpotdar’s Kakuda alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem. The actress is currently working on A.R. Murugadoss’ upcoming film Sikandar, which stars Salman Khan.

Zaheer, on the other hand, will next star in Karan Rawal’s Tu Hai Meri Kiran, which is expected to feature him alongside his wife, Sonakshi.
