Sonakshi Sinha has dropped fresh pictures with husband Zaheer Iqbal following their June 23 wedding. Here’s a look.
Looking gorgeous in a red banarasi silk sari, Sonakshi planted a kiss on Zaheer’s forehead. Zaheer sported a white kurta paired with white trousers.
A white gajra and kundan jewellery complemented Sonakshi’s ensemble. The actress opted for nude makeup and a sleek bun to balance her look.
As per media reports, the couple first met on the sets of Notebook (2017). Sonakshi and Zaheer collaborated for the music video of the song Blockbuster, which was released in September 2022. Later, they co-starred in the comedy drama Double XL (2022).
Zaheer kissed his wife on the forehead. “The love, the laughter, the togetherness, the excitement, the warmth, the support from every one of our friends, families and teams...We are both truly blessed to have each other and so much love protecting us,” the couple said in a joint statement, thanking their family, friends and colleagues for their constant support.
The couple registered their marriage at Sonakshi’s Bandra apartment. They were surrounded by their loved ones, including the bride’s father Shatrughan Sinha and Zaheer’s dad Iqbal Ratansi.
