Actor couple Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal recently visited Milan Cathedral with friends during their vacation in Italy. Here’s a look at some pictures from their European getaway.
Sonakshi and Zaheer fed pigeons in front of the iconic church. While Sonakshi wore a jacket over a turtleneck t-shirt and black trousers, Zaheer paired a red zipper with a black co-ord set.
The couple posed with their friends in front of the cathedral. “Milano,” they captioned the carousel on Instagram. Sonakshi and Zaheer had tied the knot on June 23 in Mumbai after seven years of dating. The ceremony, which took place at the actress’s sea-facing Bandra West apartment, was attended by her parents Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha, Zaheer’s dad Iqbal Ratansi, and several industry colleagues including Aditi Rao Hydari, Siddharth and Huma Qureshi.
Zaheer leaned on Sonakshi’s shoulders while she made a victory sign for a photograph. As per media reports, the couple first met on the sets of Notebook (2017). They collaborated for the music video of the song Blockbuster, which was released in September 2022. Later, they co-starred in the comedy-drama Double XL (2022).
In one of the pictures taken inside the cathedral, the couple appear to be renewing their wedding vows, with their friend officiating. Sonakshi and Zaheer hold hands and gaze into each other’s eyes in the photograph.
Sonakshi planted a kiss on Zaheer’s cheek as he embraced her. On the work front, Sonakshi was last seen in Aditya Sarpotdar’s Kakuda alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem. The 37-year-old actress is currently working on A.R. Murugadoss’ upcoming film Sikandar, which stars Salman Khan.
Zaheer, on the other hand, will next star in Karan Rawal’s Tu Hai Meri Kiran, which is expected to feature him alongside his wife, Sonakshi.
