Son Pari stars Tanvi Hegde, Mrinal Kulkarni and Ashok Lokhande recently reunited almost 20 years after the final episode of the StarPlus fantasy series aired on October 1, 2004.

"A lot of you asked if we meet, if we are still in touch, and if we could get all of us together in one frame again. We made it happen for you," Tanvi wrote on Instagram on Monday, sharing a bunch of pictures with Mrinal and Ashok.

One of the photos shows them recreating their signature pose from the opening credits of the popular television serial. "My literal parents on set and the best co-stars—this one is a trip down memory lane," added Tanvi. Other pictures capture the 32-year-old actress embracing Mrinal and Ashok.

In Son Pari, Tanvi played Fruity, a young girl who receives a magical ball which, when rubbed, summons a fairy named Son Pari (played by Mrinal) and her friend Altu (played by Ashok). The show ended with Fruity defeating Kaali Pari, the embodiment of evil and darkness.

Son Pari originally aired on StarPlus from November 23, 2000 to October 1, 2004, with re-runs on Star Utsav, Star One and Disney Channel India.

As a child artist, Tanvi also appeared in shows like Captain House, Instant Khichdi and Shaka Laka Boom Boom. She has several films to her name, including Gaja Gamini, Virudh and Champion. The actress made her Marathi cinema debut with Dhurandhar Bhatawdekar. Later, she also starred in Athang (2016).

Mrinal recently appeared in Rohit Shetty’s Amazon Prime Video action-thriller series Indian Police Force, which stars Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Vivek Oberoi.

Ashok currently plays Dharampal Kaatelal Ruhail in the Sony Sab series Kaatelal & Sons.
