From Season 2 of Solo Leveling to Season 4 of Dr Stone, the first quarter of the new year promises to be a treat for anime enthusiasts. Here’s a glimpse at what’s in store.
Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise from the Shadow-
Jinwoo is set to return with his army of Shadows after transforming into a formidable Necromancer at the end of Season 1. Animated by MAPPA, Zenshu is an upcoming original anime series that explores the struggles of creating animated films in the highly competitive anime industry of Japan. It revolves around young director Natsuko Hirose who grapples with a creative block as she embarks on her new project. Since the project is a romantic comedy and she has never been in love before, she struggles to grasp the concept, leading to a production standstill.

Dr. Stone Science Future
The fourth and final season of Dr. Stone will continue with The Truth of the Petrification Saga, following which Senku and his team will return to the Kingdom of Science. With their next destination being the Moon, they must first travel to America in order to gather the necessary supplies. They are also expected to face off against Why-man, the mysterious figure responsible for petrifying the world. Expected to answer the anime’s biggest questions, the sequel will show the characters fighting to save humanity one last time through their teamwork and their love for science.

The Apothecary Diaries Season 2
Season 1 of The Apothecary Diaries followed Maomao, a young woman kidnapped and sold as a slave at the emperor’s palace where she solves mysteries using her sharp intellect. In Season 2, she must protect a pregnant concubine, thwart an assassination plot against Jinshi, and handle a foreign envoy's impossible demands.

Toilet-bound Hanako-kun Season 2
The second season of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun will continue the story of Nene Yashiro and Hanako-kun, a mischievous ghost who lives in the girls' bathroom at Kamome Academy. Nene and her classmate, Kou Minamoto, are set to team up with Hanako-san to expose a traitor among the ranks of the Seven Wonders after a rumour starts going around in their school.
