Bengali actress Sohini Sarkar and musician Shovan Ganguly, who tied the knot on July 15 after a year-long relationship, have dropped pictures from their wedding reception. Here’s a look.
While Sohini draped a pink sari over a matching embroidered blouse, Shovan wore a pink-and-purple waistcoat atop a white kurta.
The actress styled her middle-parted hair into a slick bun. Vermillion, a bindi and traditional bridal jewellery, including white conch shell bangles and red coral bangles, perfectly complemented Sohini’s ensemble.
Sohini’s signature accessory, a septum ring, rounded off her look. The actress last appeared in Arna Mukhopadhyay’s Athhoi alongside Anirban Bhattacharya.
The newlyweds were congratulated by a slew of Tollywood stars including Ishaa Saha, Mimi Chakbraborty, Vikram Chatterjee, Anindita Bose, Lahoma Bhattacharya, Saurav Das and Subhashree Ganguly.
