Actor Siddharth is set to star in an upcoming romance film titled Miss You, which also features Ashika Ranganath, his Test co-star R. Madhavan announced on Thursday.

“Roses are red, Violets are Blue, Sid’s next romance film is ‘Miss you’,

We know you’ve all missed him too,” Madhavan wrote on Instagram alongside a poster of the film.

In the poster, Siddharth sports a red shirt and blue jeans, and carries a trekking backpack. A train speeds past him at a railway station in the background.

Miss You is directed by N. Rajasekar, who is known for directing the 2016 Tamil comedy film Mapla Singam.

Ghibran has served as the music composer for the film, while K.G. Venkatesh is the cinematographer.

Siddharth last starred in S.U. Arun Kumar’s 2023 thriller Chithha alongside Nimisha Sajayan. The actor also starred in Gunashekharan’s Takkar opposite Divyansha Kaushik and Yogi Babu.

Apart from Miss You, Siddharth is also set to star in Indian 2, a sequel to Kamal Haasan’s 1996 film Indian.
