Shooting Stars

Universal Pictures released the official teaser of its upcoming direct-to-digital film Shooting Stars. Based on a book by LeBron James and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Buzz Bissinger, the movie is helmed by Chris Robinson.

The two-minute-31-second-long trailer tells the inspiring origin story of a basketball superhero, revealing how LeBron James and his childhood friends become the No. 1 high school team in the country, kickstarting James’s legendary NBA career.

Shooting Stars will be streaming on Peacock from June 2.

Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam

Zee Studios released the official trailer of its upcoming Tamil-language action entertainer Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam. Directed by Muthaiya, the film stars Arya, Siddhi Idnani, Prabu, Bhagyaraj, Singampuli, Naren, Tamizh, Madhusudhana Rao, Avinash and R.K. Vijay Murugan.

In the two-minute-17-second-long trailer, we see the village heads of a village in Tamil Nadu. We are then introduced to Arya, who is a rowdy man smitten by a girl. The video also includes glimpses of several action sequences.

Kathar Basha Endra Muthuramalingam will hit cinemas on June 2.

O Baby

Bhavana Studios unveiled the teaser of its upcoming Malayalam film O Baby. Written and directed by Ranjan Pramod, the movie stars Dileesh Pothan and Haniya Nafisa in lead roles.

The 49-second-long teaser takes us to Kerala’s hill region, giving us glimpses of a mystery by introducing several characters.

Men Too

Saregama Telugu dropped the trailer of its upcoming Telugu-language film Men Too. Directed by Srikanth G Reddy, it features Naresh Agastya, Brahmaji, Harsha Chemudu, Sudharshan, Riya Suman, Priyanka Sharma and Mourya Siddavaram.

The two-minute-seven-second-long trailer shows gender inequality in society, raising several questions about women’s social status. It highlights the need for equality and understanding between genders.

Men Too will arrive in cinemas on May 26.
