Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Pathaan continued its dominance on its second weekend at the box office by raking in Rs 50.5 crore nett. The film reported a collection of Rs 22.5 crore nett on Saturday followed by Rs 28 crore nett on Sunday, according to Box Office India.
As per trade reports, the total domestic earning of Pathaan now stands at Rs 429 crore nett (Rs 515 crore gross). The worldwide gross earning of the Siddharth Anand-directed spy action thriller has crossed the Rs 800-crore mark.
Also starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, the blockbuster movie has become the fastest Hindi film to cross the Rs 400-crore mark. Baahubali: The Conclusion and KGF: Chapter 2 achieved this milestone on their 15th and 23rd day, respectively.
Pathaan marks Shah Rukh’s big-screen return after a gap of four years. He was last seen in Aanand L. Rai’s Zero (2018). Shah Rukh will also be seen in Atlee’s Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, slated for release later this year.
