Shah Rukh Khan’s action-packed blockbuster Jawan is set to breach the Rs 600 crore milestone at the domestic box office soon as it collected 573.75 crore nett near the end of its third week in theatres.
On its 20th day in cinemas, Jawan raked in an estimated Rs 5.1 crore nett, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. The film’s Hindi version maintained a commendable 13 per cent occupancy rate on Tuesday, while the Tamil and Telugu-dubbed versions saw 20 per cent and 16 per cent occupancy, respectively.
The film’s journey to its current milestone began on a spectacular note as Jawan amassed an astounding Rs 391.33 crore nett across all languages in its first first week of theatrical run. In the second week, it added an impressive Rs 137.02 crore nett, while the third week saw the action-entertainer rake in Rs 45.41 crore nett till Tuesday.
The star-studded ensemble cast of Jawan includes Sanya Malhotra, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Priyamani, Sunil Grover, and Eijaz Khan. Additionally, the film boasted cameos from Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
