Shah Rukh Khan has thanked his international fans from different parts of the world for their love and support following the huge success of his spy thriller Pathaan, which is now the highest-grossing Hindi film globally with a total collection of over Rs 850 crore worldwide.
The 57-year-old recently shared tweets from his fans from New York, Germany, Austria, London, Egypt and many other countries, thanking them for the love they have shown to Pathaan — his comeback film after a four-year break from the big screen.
On Tuesday, Shah Rukh retweeted a video of his Germany fans dancing to the song Jhoome Jo Pathaan in bone-chilling winters. “Oh yes Germany….thank u for dancing in the cold!!,” he wrote.
The Siddharth Anand-directed film, also starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, on Tuesday surpassed the collections of S.S. Rajamouli’s blockbuster RRR in the US.
“Sending love to all of u!! Thank u for making it special in New York,” Shah Rukh wrote on Twitter, retweeting pictures of his fans watching the film in the US.
Pathaan, which raised GBP 1.9 million in the UK, is second only to James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water. The action-packed film also emerged as the highest-grossing Hindi film in the United Kingdom, beating Dhoom 3 and Padmaavat.
“Wow… love the T-shirts and hoodies… thank u London,” Shah Rukh wrote, retweeting pictures of his fans from the UK.
Other international fans from countries like Austria, Peru and New Zealand also showed their love for the actor via Twitter, and Shah Rukh reciprocated with warmth.

Shah Rukh also thanked fans from Egypt which saw housefull shows of Pathaan in the first week.
