Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan continued their annual tradition of greeting fans from the balcony of their respective residences in Mumbai on Eid, while Aamir Khan distributed sweets among fans to mark the occasion on Thursday.

Sporting a white kurta, Shah Rukh waved at his fans from the balcony of his house Mannat and blew kisses in their direction, shows a video shared by the Jawan star. The actor’s enthusiasm sent the crowd outside Mannat into a frenzy, as they cheered, whistled, held up posters and waved back at him.

“Eid Mubarak everyone… and thank you for making my day so special. May Allah bless us all with love, happiness and prosperity,” the 58-year-old actor wrote alongside the video shared on Instagram.

Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan took to the comments section and wished Shah Rukh on the occasion. “Wow. Eid Mubarak dear,” she wrote.

Just like Shah Rukh, Salman also greeted his fans by waving at them from the balcony of his Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. Dressed in a white shirt and beige pants, the Tiger 3 actor made this gesture in the evening. A video shared by him shows how fans held up flashlights which scintillated in the darkness.

“Eid Mubarak,” Salman wrote in the caption.

Fans flooded the comments section with Eid wishes for the actor. One of them even referred to Salman’s upcoming film Sikandar, slated to release on Eid next year. “Sikandar Of Bollywood,” he wrote.

Aamir Khan, on the other hand, celebrated Eid with his sons Junaid and Azad by distributing sweets among fans who gathered outside his house in Mumbai. The trio wore matching white kurta pyjama sets.

Aamir’s ex-wife Kiran Rao, who recently directed the film Laapataa Ladies, shared a video on Instagram showing her Eid celebrations with Aamir, their son and relatives. “Eid Mubarak to all ✨ May this year bring us peace and love,” she captioned the video.

Bollywood actresses Konkona Sen Sharma, Sanya Malhotra and Mithila Palkar liked her post.

While Shah Rukh is currently gearing up for the sequel to his 2023 film Pathaan, Salman will be next seen in the AR Murugadoss-directed film Sikandar. Aamir currently has the film Sitaare Zameen Par in the pipeline, in which he will star alongside Genelia D'Souza.
