Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone-starrer Pathaan’s first song Besharam Rang, touted as a party anthem, will drop on December 12, the makers of the action thriller have announced on social media.

Director Siddharth Anand had revealed earlier that the makers of Pathaan are trying to keep the plot of the film a secret and have devised a strategy to release the songs of the film before the theatrical trailer drops.

“For us, this one is the party anthem of the season that people have been waiting for and I’m confident that it will stay a party anthem for many, many years to come. So, I want to tell the fans and audience to patiently wait for the song. The wait for this one will be worth every second,” he said.

The film sees Shah Rukh's return to the big screen after a four-year hiatus as a gun-toting spy with a license to kill. The song presents Deepika as the hot diva she is and shows her breath-taking chemistry with Shah Rukh.

Pathaan is set to release on January 25, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
