SRK as a macho, international secret agent in Pathaan surely stole our hearts. His scintillating onscreen presence sent his fans into a tizzy — long lustrous locks, cascading over his shoulders and sometimes tied back into a ponytail with careless bangs dangling playfully over his forehead, made many a heart skip a beat! A buffed chest peeping out of plunging necklines or unbuttoned shirts left spectators swooning. His well-toned abs was surely the cherry on the cake. (Which is your favourite SRK look on screen?... My favourite SRK look onscreen has to be in Devdas! Being a Bengali, watching SRK in white Dhoti and Panjabi is everything I could have wished for. To me, among all his looks, SRK looked the most handsome in Bengali attire.

Ritrisha Banerjee

I loved his simple office shirts and that scientist guy vibe in Swades, can never ever forget that iconic white kurta-dhoti look from Devdas and was in awe of his rugged trainer look from Chak De! India. Another look of his that deserves to be mentioned is from Raees. His kohl-rimmed eyes, round glasses and those Pathani suits just sealed the deal. These looks will forever remain iconic for me.

Richa Latu

My favourite is his look in Chak De! India as Kabir Khan. The wronged and troubled hockey star who must make champions of the ladies hockey team composed of a motley crowd of players, in order to clear his name in the public eye and to prove a point to his own self.
SRK is every inch the angst-ridden but driven and brooding professional in his full-sleeved white shirts and black trousers. He dons sportswear when running with his team. The stubble on his chin complements his devil-may-care personality and also enhances his looks.

Pampa Paul

SRK’s look in Devdas has to be one of my favourites as I always love to watch him clean shaven. In this movie, the look as that of a zamindar. He owned it with his wardrobe and complemented its with the character he portrayed.

Another one will be Mohabbatein which created a trend in its time among the youth. The look was minimalistic and had the calmness of Platonic love.

Ishani Sen

Amongst all of his memorable looks, I feel his iconic look on screen is from his blockbuster film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995). His charm in this film is unrivalled; so was his contemporary yet classy wardrobe. A pair of jeans, leather jackets, checkered shirts and striped t-shirts, teamed with his unkempt hair and a pair of shades complemented his signature look. His presence on screen was comforting and delightful, matching rightly with his high-spirited character.

Aayman Anwar Ali

If his Raj Aryan look from Mohabbatein preaches and spread love, Deva from Devdas embodies his lost love. In contrast, Kabir Khan from Chak De! India highlights his love for the nation. All his characters enhance his sway over the film industry, proving him the Badshah of Bollywood.

His recent massive hit Pathaan, proved that age is just a number for him and in Jawan too his look is jaw-dropping.

Shanti Krishnan

SRK’s portrayal of Raj Malhotra in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) was the first time I saw him on screen in childhood and instantly liked him. Then came the cool guy in Kuch Kuch Hota Hain, the reformist music teacher in Mohabbatein, the lovable Aman in Kal Ho Naa Ho, Veer Pratap Singh in Veer-Zaara, Kabir Khan in Chak De! India, Rizwan Khan in My Name is Khan and Raees Alam in Raees.

Sreya Chakraborty

Though I loved his looks in Deewana, Devdas, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Don, my favorite is the Darr look.

Bimal More

SRK’s best looks are as Rahul in Yes Boss and as coach Kabir Khan in Chak De! India.

Rahul’s eyes, at times eager, at times sad, at times lovelorn, with that dimpled smile — his perfect ‘look’ made the audience live Rahul’s journey and be a part of his dreams. We rooted for him, his follies notwithstanding.

Of Kabir Khan, there’s loads to be said. He created an aura. King Khan emoting this ‘wronged’ Khan — and his eventual triumph reaches near perfection. His grit, determination, protest, retaliation against providence emerge through his eyes, gait and demeanour. The stubble and the sports gear turn Kabir Khan into an impressive character.

Roshni Mukherjee

My favourite SRK look on screen is the one in Mohabbatein. We get to see him here as a viloin teacher who believes in the power of love. SRK with spectacles, a violin on his shoulder and his hair falling on his forehead had seized many girls’ hearts and continues to do so. Only he could pull off wearing a white sweater, matched with a pair of white trousers and a blue pullover draped around the shoulders.

Rukshana Quazi

One of my faves is his look from Kal Ho Naa Ho. Released in late 2003, this film had SRK play a jovial, magnanimous neighbour (with a tragic secret) to a conflicted MBA student in New York. While his look, per se, was nothing out of the ordinary, but what stood out was the effortless charm with which his character spread love to everyone he crossed paths with. That’s maybe why he looked so good, be it while grooving to It’s the time to disco in casual wear, or doing the quintessential Bolly shaadi song-and-dance in Maahi ve in a sherwani.
Of course, the all-time favourite is Chak De! India’s Kabir Khan, undoubtedly. Smouldering, and intensity personified.

Krishna Kumar

I would like to select his flamboyant look in DDLJ and his chemistry with Kajol was just unbeatable. The film was released in 1995 and a 30-year-old SRK looked handsome and romantic. The songs were mellifluous, and SRK left no stone unturned to make the film a super hit. However, I also fondly remember his stupendous performances in the films Deewana and Baazigar with different looks altogether.

Indranil Sanyal

Khan playing a suave, witty British Indian in DDLJ who adapts to environment of a Punjab village with elan is my choice of favourite SRK look. He wins the hearts of his lady love and her family members. He later goes on to win over her father and forces the prospective groom withdraw. Though Khan was skeptical playing this role initially, his exceptional acting skill made DDLJ one of the most sought-after Bollywood movies. No surprise, his boy-next-door looks and inimitable acting style cemented his position in Bollywood for many more decades to come.

Ashutosh Jha

My favourite SRK look on screen is the one in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s re-imagining of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s classic novel Devdas. SRK plays the hero who becomes an alcoholic after losing the love of his life. He looks strikingly handsome whether in suits and hats or in Dhotis and Kurtas.

Rumana Sarkar

My favourite SRK look on screen is undoubtedly Raj from DDLJ. While talking of the lover boy SRK and his style, we can’t forget his biker look in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Leather jacket, fedora, tiny sunglasses and biker boots — every element of his style was classic. SRK gave a new meaning to leather jackets with his look in DDLJ. When Shah Rukh Khan started wearing leather jackets with sunglasses, it seemed like almost everyone else was wearing it too! The grunge yet classy look continues to make a seasonal comeback in winters even today.

Roshni Ojha

I really loved SRK’s captivating look as G.One in the film Ra.One. The costume of G.One is not only visually striking but also serves as a representation of the character’s high-tech capabilities and superhero status. It complements the film’s science fiction theme and plays a significant role in enhancing G.One’s overall appearance and impact on screen. With his sparkling blue eyes and spiked hair, it was such a pleasure to watch King Khan in a new avatar as he performed gravity and death defying stunts!

Sohini Raychaudhuri

SRK’s look in Mohabbatein with a cardigan hanging from his back, specs and two or three hair locks hanging on his forehead was a revelation! Much later I felt his looks in Dear Zindagi and Jab Harry Met Sejal were very sexy. But the standout look for me till date is Raees. His look, with a trimmed beard and a menacing glance through the eyes to portray the character of a smuggler was unforgettable.
