The official trailer for Netflix’s crime drama series Scoop is out. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the show stars Karishma Tanna, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Harman Baweja and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub.
The two-minute-45-second-long trailer follows the story of famous crime reporter Jagruti Pathak (Karishma Tanna). The series chronicles how she ended up being a co-accused in a heinous crime — the murder of a senior crime reporter (Prosenjit Chatterjee) with the help of underworld don Chota Chetan.
Scoop will be streaming on Netflix from June 2.
Yeh Meri Family - New Season
Amazon miniTV shared the official trailer for a new season of TVF’s Yeh Meri Family. Directed by Mandar Kurundkar, the latest season comes with a new cast of Hetal Gada, Anngad Maaholay, Rajesh Kumar, Juhi Parmar and Veena Mehta.
The one-minute-15-second-long trailer transports us to a much simpler time — the winter of 1994. The trailer shows some heartfelt moments between a couple and their children.
Yeh Meri Family - New Season will arrive on Amazon MiniTV on May 19.
Maurh
The teaser of Punjabi-language period action drama film Maurh has come out. Written and directed by Jatinder Mauhar, the film stars Ammy Virk, Dev Kharoud, Naiqra Kaur, Kuljinder Sidhu, Vikrmjeet Virk, Amiek Virk and Parmveer Singh.
The one-minute-11-second-long teaser shows a group of rebel leaders who become the pride of local people during British rule in India. It is a remake of the 1991 film Jatt Jeona Morh.
Maurh will hit cinemas on June 9.
School of Lies
Disney+Hotstar unveiled the first-look poster of its upcoming web series School Of Lies. Created by Avinash Arun and written by Ishani Banerjee, the series will feature Nimrat Kaur and Sonali Kulkarni.
The poster was accompanied with the words “Growing up with lies, secrets, and chaos! #Firstlook #HotstarSpecials #SchoolOfLies, Coming Soon #SchoolOfLiesOnHotstar”.
