Sameera Reddy pens heartfelt note after meeting Catherine Zeta-Jones, Michael Douglas in Goa

Catherine and Douglas spent the weekend partying in Goa after the latter received the Satyajit Ray lifetime achievement award at IFFI

Actress-turned-influencer Sameera Reddy had an eventful weekend with Hollywood couple Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas in Goa following the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2023.

Sameera, whose last Hindi film appearance was in the 2012 movie Tezz, on Sunday shared photographs and a video of her time with the Hollywood stars alongside a heartfelt note. “@catherinezetajones you have a heart of gold❤️My Hans was over the moon with her msg for him🥹 @michaelkirkdouglas meeting you was legendary🔥Goa📍what a surprise week it has been,” she wrote.

Sameera sported a white-and-black polka dotted dress at the event, while Catherine wore a light peach top.

The Wednesday actress recorded a video message for Smeera’s son Hans. In the video Catherine says, “Hello Hans. I am with your mum here in beautiful Goa. I hear you live here. You are so lucky. Please be good to your mumma, okay?”

“What a way to kick off December. @catherinezetajones you are such a beautiful soul,” Sameera wrote, sharing her post on Instagram stories.

Catherine also shared glimpses of her time in India with her husband and their son Dylan Michael. She shared a video of her and Douglas vibing to a remix of the Punjabi song Waalian last week. “Oh India!!!! We love you,” she wrote alongside the post.

Sharing a video of her singing Ella Fitzgerald’s Summertime, she wrote, “Summertime’ somewhere! With friends in India, singing around the campfire didn’t really know all the lyrics.”

Douglas was honored with the Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award at IFFI 2023 for 50 years in film, television and producing.
