After enjoying her eventful trip to the US, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has landed in Europe. The Kushi star, currently on a break from acting, went on a boat ride in Venice, explored European architecture in Italy and visited Austria’s Salzburg recently.
Samantha took to Instagram to share a series of pictures from her trip to Salzburg, where the 1965 film The Sound of Music was shot, in Austria. The 36-year-old actress felt nostalgic as she would rewatch the film whenever she would feel “very happy or very sad as a child”. Alongside pictures of a mountainside, a lake and a garden, she wrote that she keeps watching the film as it transports her to her childhood and that visiting the “mystical place” feels “hard and tender all at the same time”.
The Citadel India star shared photos of picturesque European buildings, Italian cuisine and a video of her enjoying a boat ride during her visit to Venice. “Like a dream,” Samantha captioned the post she shared on Monday.
Samantha opted for a black leather jacket coupled with blue denim cargo pants for an outing in Vienna. She posed in front of a restaurant with the words “Everybody’s darling” on the outer walls and cleverly wrote “Or not….I can live with both😏” in the caption.
