Salma Hayek sure knows how to live it up. The 56-year-old Mexican actress took to Instagram recently to post a photo of herself in a bikini to celebrate National Bikini Day (in the US). “Happy #NationalBikiniDay! Can you believe the bikini has only been around for 77 years?! Let’s hope they don’t ban them too #notathrowback,” wrote the Frida star, highlighting the fact that it’s not an old picture.

Two days later, Hayek posted a fun video — sporting the same bikini and an earring, and having a good time working out in an indoor pool — to celebrate her 25 million followers on the social media platform. To Lana Del Rey’s Radio, she splashed about in the water, smiling ear-to-ear, and showing off some water aerobics.

With two million hearts on the video, Salma thanked her followers for the milestone. “I can’t believe it, 25 million followers! Thank you so, so much to every single one of you. Seeing as you all like my bikini pictures the most, here’s a bikini workout for you all. I hate exercising but I love to celebrate good moments dancing in the water. I am genuinely moved and grateful for all your love & support,” she wrote.

While many of her fans and followers exclaimed how svelte and youthful Hayek was at 56, Drake commented, “Let’s get her to 50M asap.” Her Black Mirror co-star Annie Murphy wrote, “You. Are. Absolutely. Ridiculous.”

The Magic Mike’s Last Dance actress had also shared a picture from her sauna on World Wellbeing Week.

She posted another picture in a bikini recently to express gratitude. “Some people don’t like grey days, but I think everyday is precious. Adore your week, no matter what it brings,” read her caption.
