Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds would love to work with Indian actor Ranveer Singh, the Deadpool & Wolverine star said while promoting the upcoming MCU film in India recently.

Reynolds was accompanied by his co-star Hugh Jackman who revealed during the promotions that he is a huge fan of Team India cricketer Rohit Sharma.

“Oh, Ranveer Singh is amazing. He’s done the voice of Deadpool I think. But also very funny,” said Reynolds when asked which Indian star he would want to collaborate with. Quipping about Jackman’s physique, Reynolds said, “You think you’re in shape? This guy…this guy (Ranveer) makes you look like a crypt keeper.”

“Only Ryan can match @ranveersingh’s energy. Happy Birthday @ranveersingh,” the caption of the video reads.

In another video, Jackman opened up about his love for cricket.

“You took the cup home and I’m glad. Honestly, he (Rohit) was a beast,” Jackman, who plays Wolverine in the X-Men film franchise, said, referring to India’s win at the T20 World Cup recently.

The trailer of Deadpool & Wolverine dropped by the makers in April revealed that Deadpool (Reynolds) and Wolverine (Jackman) will team up against Charles Xavier’s evil twin Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin) in the upcoming film.

“Found the guy who killed Bambi’s mom,” Reynolds wrote in the description of the trailer shared on YouTube.

Deadpool & Wolverine also stars Matthew Macfadyen, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams and Karan Soni. The film, written by Reynolds in collaboration with Levy, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick and Zeb Wells, is slated to hit theatres worldwide on July 26.
