Rocket Gang

The trailer of Zee Studios dance horror comedy Rocket Gang, starring Aditya Seal, Nikita Dutta, Jason Tham, Sahaj Singh Chahal, Siddhant Sharma, Jayshree Gogoi and Tejas Verma, has come out. The film is directed by choreographer-turned-filmmaker Bosco Leslie Martis.

Focusing on a group of friends, the trailer shows them visiting a big house for an overnight stay. When they go for a seance at that place, they find that the children who work there are actually ghosts.

Rocket Gang will arrive in the theatres on November 11.

Warrior Nun Season 2

The biblical fantasy drama series Warrior Nun season two trailer has been released by Netflix. The series is based on the comic book character Warrior Nun Areala by Ben Dunn. Created by Simon Barry, the show stars Alba Baptista in the lead role along with Kristina Tonteri-Young, Emilio Sakraya, Toya Turner and Lorena Andrea.

The action-packed trailer shows Ava after the massive cliffhanger at the end of the first season finale. Ava is now preparing for a war against Adriel whose influence has grown since the last time we saw her.

Warrior Nun Season 2 premieres on Netflix on November 10.

State of Alabama vs. Brittany Smith

Netflix has dropped the trailer of its original documentary State of Alabama vs. Brittany Smith. The documentary is helmed by Ryan White, who is known for directing The Case Against 8 (2014).

The brief glimpse into the documentary through the trailer shows a woman trying to use Alabama’s Stand Your Ground law after killing a man who allegedly attacked and raped her.

State of Alabama vs. Brittany Smith will be streaming on Netflix from November 10.

Louis Armstrong’s Black & Blues

The trailer of the upcoming documentary film Louis Armstrong’s Black & Blues on Apple TV+ has been released. The film is directed by Sacha Jenkins, who is known for helming last year’s Bitchin': The Sound and Fury of Rick James.

In the trailer, we get to experience the genius of music icon Louis Armstrong, presented through a lens of archival footage and never-before-heard home recordings and personal conversations.

Louis Armstrong’s Black & Blues will premiere on Apple TV+ on October 28.

1744 White Alto

The makers of National Award-winning filmmaker Senna Hegde’s upcoming Malayalam social comedy-drama 1744 White Alto have come up with its trailer. The film features an ensemble cast of Sharafudheen, Rajesh Madhavan, Vincy Aloshious, Anand Manmadhan, Navas Vallikkunnu, Arun Kurian, Sajin Cherukayil, Arya Salim, Joji John, Nilja K Baby, Ranji Kankol and Sminu Sijo.

The synopsis of the film reads, “Set in an unspecified place in Northern Kerala, it follows Vijayan, a lowlife who gets himself involved in a case of mistaken identity. His car gets swapped with that of two small-time crooks Ebi and Kannan. With the local police, Mahesh and his team hot on their tails, a fun-filled cat-and-mouse chase ensues. What happens next is a series of comedy of errors.”

1744 White Alto will hit the theatres in November.
